Browsing and site operation
The directory does not require an account or collect résumés. Company-directory filters run in your browser. Job and hackathon searches and filters are sent to our Supabase database service to retrieve matching public listings. Supabase may process your IP address and technical request information when serving data. Avoid entering personal information in searches. Selected filters appear in the page URL so you can share that view. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the company search.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information to deliver and secure the site. This can include IP address, requested URL, browser details, and request timing. WILSY does not currently include a separate analytics tracker. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.
Saved opportunities and database access
Saved job and hackathon IDs are stored locally in your browser on this device. They are not linked to a WILSY account or synchronised across devices. Remove a saved job or hackathon with its Save button, or clear this site’s browser storage to remove the complete list. The public website reads published jobs, company data, and verified hackathons from Supabase. Applications, résumés, and event registrations are submitted on the employer’s or organizer’s external website. See Supabase’s privacy policy.
Saved searches and display preferences
Saved search filters and your comfortable or compact results preference are stored in this browser. Reopening a saved search sends those filters to our search service to retrieve current results. Remove a search from Saved searches, or clear this site’s browser storage to erase these preferences. Job comparisons stay in memory for the current page visit and are cleared when you reload or leave the page. These tools do not require an account or synchronise across devices.
When you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use that information to respond, investigate corrections, and handle your request. We keep correspondence only as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion using the contact address above.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
WILSY integrates Google AdSense. When ads are served, Google and other participating advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers to select, deliver, measure, and protect advertising. With the applicable permissions, prior visits to this and other sites can inform personalised ads.
Google’s advertising partners may also use their own technologies. Learn how Google uses data on partner sites in Google’s partner-site privacy information. You can manage personalised advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating vendors through industry opt-out choices.
Your privacy choices
Where applicable, Google’s certified consent message asks you to choose how advertising data may be used. Use Privacy & cookie choices in the footer to reopen the available Google consent controls. If those controls are unavailable in your region or blocked by your browser, you can still use Google My Ad Center and your browser’s cookie settings.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Opting out of personalised advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising. The exact choices shown depend on your location and the advertising service’s configuration.
Fonts, logos, and external links
Company logos, event artwork, and site fonts are served from WILSY’s own files. Following a career link takes you to the employer or its recruiting provider. Their privacy policies govern your activity there.
Amazon and affiliate links
Some book recommendations link to Amazon with an affiliate identifier. If you follow one, Amazon receives your request and handles purchase attribution under its own privacy practices. WILSY does not receive your payment details. Read our advertising and affiliate disclosure and Amazon’s privacy notice.
Requests, security, and changes
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact us to discuss a request. Service providers may process information in other countries according to their policies. We use HTTPS, but no internet service can promise absolute security. If our practices change, we will update this page and its date.
